Located within the tranquil village of Zaboric on the Dalmatian coast, Villa Maria is just a 20 minute drive from beautiful, historic Sibenik with its cobbled streets, boutique shopping, 13th Century cathedral, and fabulous restaurants. Another must-see is the town of Trogir, just 40 minutes away, a World Heritage Site, founded in 3rd Century B.C., an architectural and cultural marvel. Further afield lies Zadar, with its 3rd Century Roman Forum, and 9th Century pre-Romanesque church. The Dalmatian coast is a food-lovers paradise, where you will find some of the best seafood in the world, as well as traditional local delicacies, such as smoked "prsut" ham, and squid ink risotto. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the villa you will find tennis, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, climbing, a sports center, a theatre/cinema.

Krka Waterfalls (National Park), 30 mins drive, highly recommended.

Slavko, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. Zaboric is a very quiet place but there are a lot of places to visit - Sibenik, Krka National Park and Trogir to name a few. We will definitely return to Zaboric and Villa Maria. "
