This delightful 3 bedroom detached villa, can sleep upto 7 people, should the sofa bed be used as a double bed, forms a small secluded complex, in its own garden, surrounding a large pool, The rear of the property overlooks a village farm, which will willing supply you with fresh produce, and should the time of year be right, have nesting storks, [can be viewed from the villa] whist the front of the villa has the privilage of overlooking the swimming pool, and a ground floor balcony, which is ideal for the BBQ, in the evening, as it has the advantage of the afternoon sun,
The small garden at the side of the villa is ideal for sunbathing on the loungers away from the activity in the pool,the complex also has various fruit trees, orange, lemon and banana, which taste so better picked yourself, The property is only a few minutes walk from the "famous" Binlek hotel, and as such within walking distance from the high street / harbour, but far enough away from the "hustle and bustle" to enjoy the tranquil peace of this resort 

The villa has a fully equiped kitchen, including a small oven, and hotplates, fridge, WMC, toaster, kettle, and all the neccessary cutlery and cooking utensils,
there is a groudfloor shower room, as well as a 1st floor bathroom, both with a WC, there is Air con fitted to the 2 main bedrooms, with a large ceiling fan located in the living room, all the windows have "mozi nets" so you will be able to sleep at night without waking up, and finding youself bitten, each bedroom has plenty of storage space, with at least 1 wardrobe, the larger 2 bedrooms have bedside dawers, with the master bedroom having a TV and a CD player, there is also the use of a cot / playpen should you have younger holiday makers,there are also 2 push bikes for older guests use,  

THIS IS A PRETTY AREA.THERE ARE LOADS OF GOOD RESTAURANTS BARS AND THERE IS PLENTY TO DO.
YOU CAN BIKE,WALK,TAKE A BOAT TO THE GORGEOUS BEACH, BATHE IN THE LAKE AND TAKE A MUD BATH OR HAVE A MASSAGE.
TALK TO THE FRIENDLY TURKISH PEOPLE AND MAKE FRIENDS WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURS AND THE LOCAL EXPATS.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
