This large 2 bedroom villa is situated on the outskirts of the pitoresque town of Dalyan. The villa is situated on a 20-25 minute walk to the lively town center, and lies a 15 minute drive away from the famous Iztuzu beach (turtle beach). The villa sports all mod cons and has been decorated in a warm and homely style.

The private pool and garden are daily maintained and a housekeeping and laundring service (towels & bedlinnen only) are included in the package price.

Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and balcony.

The pool is a 40m2 pool with roman steps leading into it. This pool does not have a shalow end and is therefor less suitable for non-swimmers and small childeren. 

 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the situated in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Holly says: "If youre looking for a sublime pool in a fantastic setting then look no further. 3 friends and I wanted to escape London & do very little for a week. Should you be looking to get out and about then I would reccomend getting hiring a car Whilst its a walkable distance into town, the heat makes it all a bit epic and tiresome. We tended to get taxis which cost about £4 each way. The property was more than adequately stocked with everything you could need & the BBQ was put to very good use. Anouk, who manages Villa Susan, was a dream to deal with & extremely accommodating. My only real regret is that we had to come home!"
