The village of Dalyan is situated on the South West Mediterranean on a river, surrounded by lush green fields breaking into Spectacular Mountain ranges.

A short tranquil boat ride away from Dalyan harbour is the four kilometre Iztuzu beach that is home to the rare Caretta Caretta turtles. There is a lot to do and explore in this vast country and no where is a better base than Dalyan.

We came to Dalyan 8 years ago and fell in love with its charm and friendly locals.

These spacious and fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment at the rear of the property over looking the mountains that surround Dalyan come with private swimming pool includes fridge, washing machine, gas/electric hob and oven,dining table,kettle,toaster..........in fact everything to make it a home from home.

The apartment consists of open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge includes sofa bed with under storage, coffee table and air conditioning.

The apartment consists of Bedroom 1 includes two single beds , bedside table, double wardrobe and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers with mirror, hair dryer and large fan.

Bedroom 3 is loccated on the second floor, attic room with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with large fan and ensuite bathroom consisting of shower, wash basin and wc..

Bathroom located on the first floor consists of shower unit, wash basin and toilet. the cost includes the use of bedding and towels ( not pool towels)


The apartment has balconys leading from the bedrooms and lounge area.

 

The apartment is set in a quiet but central part of Dalyan being 5 minutes from the town centre, where there is a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

The local water taxis will take you down river to the beautiful 4km Iztuzu beach alternatively travel by local dolmus and take in the magnificent scenery on the way.

view of the mountains. The swimming pool is shared with the other two apartments, However as the other two apartments are not rented, you may have sole use of thepool if the owners are not staying at the apartments.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views.

The apartment is right beside swimming, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find sailing, wind surfing.
