VILLA JAMARA
Is a brand new villa which will be fully operational in June 2006. It is situated in a quiet location with spectacular mountain views , yet only 5 minutes walk from the quayside, resturants and shops.(Local mini-market & restaurant only 2 minutes walk) 

Fully air-con with marble floors. 2 kingsize and 2 twin rooms with quality mattresses and bedding all en-suite, opening via double doors to balconies ( upstairs) terraces ( downstairs) Large open plan living area. Vaulted gallery crafted timber ceiling.Three comfortable sofas (2 convert to double beds). Modern kitchen with granite worktops and all amenities.Including large fridge freezer,full sized cooker, washing machine, microwave &dishwasher .TV, video, DVD and CD. Small library and selection of board games & security safe 

The garden has lovely mountain views The villa has its own large pool with paddling area, Jacuzzi and outside shower. Extensive patio area with 8 sun-loungers with padded cushions and table and chairs for 10 for outside eating. Stone barbecue. A Kirsh ( traditional seating area with sumptuous cushions) is provided for relaxation

Cleaning & linen change once a week 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque.
