A paradise for bird lovers as many visit the garden. 

ZEYTIN KORU our luxury colonial style villa in the best location in Dalyan with private pool is set in a large garden with trees on two sides offering some privacy to our guests. The 60 square metre pool enjoys full sunshine all day. The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms with luxury en suites, and single and double sofa beds in the 2 main reception rooms to comfortably sleep up to 12 people if required. The villa is air conditioned throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Zeytin Koru has alarmed security system and safety deposit boxes for our guests use.

For larger parties of family groups the overspill can be catered for in our new VILLA ORKIDE to the rear behind the cotton field. Built to the same high standard with private pool, jacuzzi and 2 double bedrooms. Or for the smaller groups who want a touch of luxury. 

Although a car is not necessary there is a private drive at the rear of the property for 2 cars. Set some way back from the road and not overlooked by other properties. The garden is fully maintained, lawned with flowering shrubs and retains protected mature olive and other trees. The large private pool, which has steps and a shallow end, with extensive marble paved surround together with gardens and house balconies, offer varied sunbathing areas. Furnished with padded sun loungers . As the sun goes down the underwater lights illuminating the pool area against the backdrop of mountain scenery and the romantically lit Lycian Tombs, create a beautiful setting for a quiet relaxing evening.
The large shaded veranda complete with tables and chairs are perfect for dining alfresco. The attractive covered Turkish Kosk provides perfect shaded seating for outdoor barbeques.
 

Views of ancient rock tombs to the front of the villa and mountain views to the side and rear. It is only 2 minutes walk from the main street and plenty of friendly shops and restaurants and bars. The streets are closed to traffic in the evening. A 3 minute stroll will take you to the edge of the river where you can take a boat to the other side to visit the ancient ruined city of Kaunas.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds, 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
We are happy to accept owners dogs provided that they are kept under control and that they are restricted to the ground floor living area and are not permitted on the furniture. Any cost incurred through damage or soiling will be charged against the breakage deposit.

PLease advise us at the time of booking if your party is to include a dog. All bedding and provisions for them is to be provided by the dog owner. 

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
The Villa is wheel chair accessable, having double door openings at ground floor to enter the main living kitchen and to the ground floor bedrooms. Large toilet and shower rooms with no step up into or shower door. The villa is not equiped with hand rails for the severely disabled. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, flying, mountain biking, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, scuba diving.

Dalyan early morning bird watchers or fishing boat trips along the river, reed beds and lake.

The best way to travel is by the local Cooperative boats with regular daily excursions.
