ZEYTIN KORU our luxury colonial style villa in the best location in Dalyan with private pool is set in a large garden with trees on two sides offering some privacy to our guests. The 60 square metre pool enjoys full sunshine all day. The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms with luxury en suites, and single and double sofa beds in the 2 main reception rooms to comfortably sleep up to 12 people if required. The villa is air conditioned throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Zeytin Koru has alarmed security system and safety deposit boxes for our guests use.

Although a car is not necessary there is a private drive at the rear of the property for 2 cars. Set some way back from the road and not overlooked by other properties. The garden is fully maintained, lawned with flowering shrubs and retains protected mature olive and other trees. The large private pool, which has steps and a shallow end, with extensive marble paved surround together with gardens and house balconies, offer varied sunbathing areas. Furnished with padded sun loungers . As the sun goes down the underwater lights illuminating the pool area against the backdrop of mountain scenery and the romantically lit Lycian Tombs, create a beautiful setting for a quiet relaxing evening.
The large shaded veranda complete with tables and chairs are perfect for dining alfresco. The attractive covered Turkish Kosk provides perfect shaded seating for outdoor barbeques.
 

Zeytin Koru is the ideal location for the best of both a relaxing holiday,around the pool with large gardens which are not overlooked and for fun filled days and evening visiting the many bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Or just spend your days messing about on boats. The villa has the closest views of ancient rock tombs to the front and mountain views to the side and rear. The streets are closed to traffic in the evening. You can also soak up the wonders of nature or culture with many tourist attractions in and around Dalyan. A 3 minute stroll will take you to the edge of the river diectly below the rock tombs, where you can take a boat to the other side to visit the ancient ruined city of Kaunas. You can include fitness and games for both young and old with the new in 2008, landscaped park and sports facility. FREE Gym equiptment, table tennis, basket ball court, climbing frames and running track. with central lit fountain, less than100 yds from the villa.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds, 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets are welcome
We are happy to accept owners dogs provided that they are kept under control and that they are restricted to the ground floor living area and are not permitted on the furniture. Any cost incurred through damage or soiling will be charged against the breakage deposit.

PLease advise us at the time of booking if your party is to include a dog. All bedding and provisions for them is to be provided by the dog owner. 

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
The Villa is wheel chair accessable, having double door openings at ground floor to enter the main living kitchen and to the ground floor bedrooms. Large toilet and shower rooms with no step up into or shower door. The villa is not equiped with hand rails for the severely disabled. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, flying, mountain biking, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, scuba diving.

Early morning bird watching or fishing boat trips on the river, lake or sea. Snorkling and caving

The best way to travel is by the local Cooperative boats or minibus with regular daily excursions.
