There are many attractions to fill your days. Beautiful beaches, forest walks, Roman History, Lycien Rock Tombs, Boat Trips, Turkish baths, Masseurs, Natural Mudbaths, Thermal Springs, Markets, Shops, Very reasonably priced Restaurants and Bars and charming and friendly people. These are just a few of the attractions you can experience during our very memorable holiday at Villa Limon. 

Since 1986, Dalyan and has been a national park area and wildlife sanctuary. Because of this, the small town on the South West coast of the Mediterranean has kept it's Turkish charm and appeal, and many people return year after year. Dalyan is an area of stunning natural beauty, with beautiful beaches, river, lakes, mountains and pine forests. This wonderful un-spoilt corner of Turkey is the perfect place to enjoy the relaxing and exotic culture of Turkey. Dalyan and its people are so incredibly friendly, you will probably never want to leave.
The town remains relatively undiscovered and unspoilt, thus retaining the friendliness and local colour sought by many. However, there is a large number of bars and restaurants to choose from in and around the town - sufficient to cater for everyone's taste. Being smaller, Dalyan retains much of its original charm and has a village community feel, and during the evenings the main part of the village centre is closed to motorised traffic for pedestrian safety.
 

This beautiful villa is set in it's own walled garden with panoramic views of the mountain countryside, There is a floodlit swimming pool with a circular children's pool. Two sides of the dining room open up onto a large south facing (but covered) terrace with barbecue and access to the pool. There is a separate children's pool and quiet areas of the garden, ideal for sunbathing

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, wind surfing.

Gail says: "The villa was superb and Mike and Liz couldn't have been more helpful. We had regular emails before we left and a reassuring phone call and they met us at the villa as well as arranging airport transfers. The villa is spacious, very well equiped, in a fabulous location and the pool was bigger than we expected. It is only 5 minutes on the local dolmus ( mini bus ) from Dalyan center. Dalyan is lovely, set in spectacular scenery. We used the river boats quite a lot to go to the mud baths and also to go to the protected Itzuzu beach. The trips are amazing and Dalyan being in a conservation area has not been spoilt by over development. The people are really friendly and only too willing to help. We have recommended the villa to friends and family and will definately be returning ourselves."
