Kaya villa is a new architect designed villa set in the tranquil
countryside near to the river side town of Dalyan.
Although in a relaxing rural setting the villa is only a couiple of minutes drive away from Dalyan town centre. 

The area has a wealth of activities to suit all tastes. The local river is a major part of the areas attraction. In Dalyan itself it flows slowly down to the sea or upstream to Kosygiz Lake. However only a short distance away it is possible to go white water rafting even at the height of Summer. 

Dalyan has a variety of restaurants catering for all tastes but specialising in sea food . Many of the most picturesque restaurants overlook the river.
There are a variety of bars many with music. During the summer months there is a variety of live entertainment ranging from tradiional Turkish to up to date European 

Kaya villa is a luxury family owned villa surrounded by stunning views and a rural setting yet only minutes away from the beautiful riverside town of Dalyan.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
