This three story villa was completed in 2002 and is located in Dasia, one of the nicest and most well known tourist resorts on Corfu. The villa is situated on a hillside in a very quiet spot in a magnificient landscape with panoramic views from every floor. It is just 300 meters away from the centre of Dasia, where you will find active nightlife, numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The outdoor area has large terraces and it is surrounded by two acres of private land with mature olive trees and a great variety of fruit tress. A private road (150 m) leads to the villa, which is accessed by a remote controlled gate. Various types of flowers are grown in the garden.  

Ground Floor
The villa is fully furnished at a very high standard.
Large living room / dining area with leather sofas, glass dining table, fireplace, TV, CD player and DVD player.
Large fully fitted kitchen with a substantial dining table, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator / freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, washing machine and fan.
Bedroom 1 with single bed, dressing table with mirror and stool, side table, fully fitted wardrobes and fan.
Bathroom with wash basin, WC, bath with hand-held shower head.
Large veranda partly covered with sea views and glass dining table.

First Floor
Spacious double bedroom 2 with queen size bed, side tables, dressing table with mirror and stool, fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, air condition, oak floors and balcony.
Spacious double bedroom 3 with queen size bed, cot, side tables table with armchairs,fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, air condition and oak floors.
Bathroom with wash basin, WC, bidet, bath with hand-held shower head.
Both bedrooms have access to a spacious partly covered veranda with excellent sea views.

Second Floor - Attic
A large living room with exposed wood beams and very large windows with spectacular view, convertible sofa (can sleep two), coffee table, cd player, spot lights, exercise equipment, air condition 24,000 BTU (it cools the whole floor).
Double bedroom 4 with exposed wood beams, queen size bed, secretaire, chest of drawers, side tables and fully fitted wardrobes.
Kitchen with roof window, electric oven and coffee machine
Shower room with roof window, shower attachment, wash basin and WC. 

Hiring a car is recommended if you want to drive around the island. There is also easy access to Corfu town with regular bus service and taxis. Within 400 meters from the villa you will find a bus stop, a car rental service and a taxi rank. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are not welcome

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, tennis.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, mountain biking, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Kricket is played at the historic pitch in Corfu Town as well as next to Gouvia Marina

In the vicinity you will find bakery, hairdresser, GP surgery, pharmacy, post office and dry cleaner

Matt says: "Villa Anemone is stunning. Set back from the main road of Dassia, down a couple of small roads and then up a steep longish priate drive. The owners obviously use the villa themselves quite frequently. This means that the appliances and furnishing is of a very high standard. There are also lots of personal touchs which makes it seem more like you are staying in someones home rather than some anonymous rental. If there are young childeren or elderly members in your party then a car is essential as the private driveway is very steep and quite long. The third double bedroom (on the top floor) and the single bedroom (on the ground floor) have no wardrobes but there is ample space to share in the fittted wardrobes of the other two double bedrooms. The top bedroom is a bit pokey and the top floor can get quite hot as there is no aircon up there. We had an excellent time at the villa and can not think of anything that was missing or that could be improved."

Matt we are very pleased that you and your family enjoyed yourselves at the villa. Here are some changes that we made triggered by your comments.
The top floor is now fully air-conditioned. A 24000 BTU air conditioner has been installed. New furniture has been installed in bedroom 4 (on the top floor) and there is plenty of hanging space. A fan has been provided for the user of bedroom 1 (on the ground floor), which is sufficient, since that is the coolest part of the villa. A wardrobe has been installed with plenty of hanging space.
