Villa Montana Vista is a private, family owned villa located in the Northern Costa Blanca community of Monte Pego, set in the stunning mountains overlooking Denia. Villa Montana Vista is a carefully spec'd brand new (built late 2005) detached, 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey villa, on a 600+m² plot of traditional Spanish design using modern materials, facilities and security. Situated in a secluded cul-de-sac with a prominent position and providing private off-street parking for 3 cars.

The villa is fully furnished to a very high standard using the very best furniture, utilities and appliances inside and out. No expense has been spared to provide very comfortable and luxurious accommodation to ensure your holiday gives you the best possible experience.

The villa is able to accommodate up to six people (plus baby - cot & high chair provided, we don't charge you to take you baby!) very comfortably and consists of:

• Three double size bedrooms – two twin bedrooms plus one double bedroom with en-suite and walk-in-shower. All bedrooms have large pedestal fans, heating, bedside cabinets and large built-in wardrobes.

• Separate family bathroom – fully tiled and fitted with bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet, etc…..

• Kitchen – fully equipped with wooden cabinets, granite work-tops, electric hob & oven, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, ironing facilities, toaster, kettle, toasted-sandwich maker, etc…

• Large lounge/dining area – this is a generously sized family room with patio door access to the large pool-side terrace and French-style doors leading to the outside porch.
An open fireplace is a main feature of the lounge but rarely needed!

Top quality solid oak furniture is used throughout with dining suite for six plus two large very comfortable sofas. A television with satellite receiver and DVD player are provided, plus a selection of traditional games and numerous classic/modern DVD films. A CD player (& some CD's) with radio is also provided and useful for local news, weather, etc.


Outside there is a secluded good size south-east facing swimming pool (with mountain views) having roman-style stepped access in the shallow end which is 1m deep. The 2m deep-end is suitable for practising your diving techniques! There are underwater pool lights which provide a beautiful bluey-green glow at night – an essential feature as you'll discover!
There is also a large brick-built barbecue/sink area and shower cubicle with hot and cold water.

A comprehensive selection of outside dining and lounging facilities is provided around the spacious outside terrace and porch areas. Plenty of room for everyone to relax in the sun! An awning is provided on the main terrace to allow you to have shade when necessary – the terrace receives sun from early morning until early evening.

Please note that the outside dining, pool and terrace areas are enclosed with security railings.

A key-pad digital wall-mounted safe is also provided to secure passports, money, jewellery, etc.....

Please also note that Montana Vista is situated in beautiful secluded area whereas many coast-facing properties suffer from strong winds and don't receive all day sunshine on the patio/pool (we have learned from our mistakes and this can ruin a holiday, so please bear this in mind when choosing your Villa).

Valdelinares Ski school instructors bring together years of experience in training new skiers and have all qualified with the Spanish Ski School.

Please note that the price inlcudes a 2.5 hour cleaning allocation at the end of your stay. This is the normal time required for cleaning when left in a reasonable state. Additional cleaning will be charged at £12/hr (local rates) and taken from the deposit. 

Cooling fans for all rooms to provide comfortable conditions at night - please remember to keep the bedroom windows and shutters closed during the day as this just heats up the rooms more (even though it may feel nice & cool when it's breezy) and only open slightly at night (fly nets are fitted). High-chair and cot provided (please bring your own cot linen). Brand new high quality furniture and appliances inside and out. Plastic plates and cups for use outside and around the pool. Fire safety precautions including alarms, extinguisher and fire blanket. Please note that the price includes a weekly linen and towel change (not beach towels so please bring your own for use around the pool and at the beach) plus a 2.5hr cleaning allocation at the end of your holiday - normal prparation time for being left in a reasonable state. There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
