The villa is in a fabulous location. It is in a quiet street but just a five minute walk to a row of international restaurants and bars and ten minutes to a bakery, supermarket and the long golden sandy beach.
Denia town and port with its castle, historic streets, boutique shops and pavement cafes and restaurants is a 5 minute drive or can be reached by the frequent bus service (bus stop 10 minutes walk).
A car would be a bonus to explore further afield but is not necessary. 

La Marineta is a traditional style villa with a modern interior. All on one level, the villa is easily accessed with parking immediately outside.
The living area leads onto a covered terrace with teak furniture ideal for Al fresco dining. The terrace also has sunbathing space and sunbeds are provided. The terrace is pleasingly private surrounded by hedges and bouganvelia and has a tranquil view over spacious gardens of grass lawns and mature palm trees to the large pool with separate children's pool.
The grass lawns are so extensive this barely feels like a communal garden and there is plenty of space for running about or reclining under a palm. 

A modern fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, is open plan to the dining area and the comfortable lounge which has seating for five.
The villa is ideal for family living. There is a TV and a video with a selection of English videos provided.
There is a double and twin bedroom.
The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower in the bath.
There are fans available in the house. For the winter months the villa can be made cosy by gas and electric heaters and the open fire.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The ferry to Ibiza leaves from Denia - day trips are available in high season

Nicholas says: "Very well located Villa leading out onto pool in a small friendly community. Enclosed gardens. Close to Denia so accessible - although had car was only 3km from town centre. Very comfortable in general, easily able to eat in as well as out. Would happily stay again. Only two minor negatives - our pillow hard as stone so bought replacement that have left for next visitors! Slept v well afterthat! Also a couple of sun loungers would have been good. Overall very pleased and as stated would visit again and recommend to friends."
