If you are looking for a peaceful location but yet only a short stroll to the local village of Els Poblets and the beach look no further!
This traditional Spanish town house is located in a small development with a communal pool and gardens so that you can make the most of the all day sunshine.
The front terrace leads to the front door where you enter the lounge and dining area. A sofa bed gives you extra accommodation if required. From the lounge a door leads on to your own private terrace so you can enjoy al fresco dining and that all important outdoor living. Garden furniture is available for your use. The open plan kitchen has everything you would require for you holiday. There is a downstairs cloakroom and utility room. Stairs lead out of the lounge to the 2 upstairs bedrooms and large bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a private balcony for you to relax and enjoy the views over to the mountains, the pool and lovely gardens.

 

The property is located only a few minutes walk from the typical Spanish village of Els poblets. Here you will find bars, restaurants and shops. You can wander around this bustling village and immerse yourself in the Spanish way of life. Take a look at the history of the area by visiting the Plaza del Salvador 1, the tower of Mirrarosa the main defensive that guarded the access to the village from the river Girona in the 15th century. Or have a look at the Almadraba Roman villa where you may find remains of Roman pottery.
The main beach is Almadraba, at the mouth of the river Girona.
As with everywhere in Spain, fiestas are important. The main fiesta in Els Poblets is between 28th July and the 6th August
 

If you want to see more of our area then a short drive takes you to the Spanish towns of Oliva and Pego nestled among the orange groves and with mile after mile of blue flag sandy beaches and the crystal clear Mediterranean.
A 10 minute drive from the apartment and you will find the wetland area of pego National Park. With the marshlands and network of waterways it is an ideal place for walkers, bird watchers and fishing. Only a few minutes drive from the village of Els Poblets you will find El Verger safari park, a part drive-thru and part walkaround park with an impressive selection of animals thriving in their delightful surroundings. This really is a must.
The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for your holiday enjoyment. Denia is approx 8km away and offers many bars and restaurants and excellent shops. Here you can take a ferry to Ibiza. A short drive away is Gata de Gorgos famous for it´s wicker work and the guitar factory. Around 40 minutes and you will find Benidorm where you can enjoy Aqua parks, swim with dolphins and the exciting Terra Mitica Theme park full of white knuckle rides and shows.
For the more energetic there are 2 golf courses only 15 minutes away, tennis courts water sports and go karting
