Our house is situated right on the Almadrava Beach in Els Poblets. This is a typically Spanish beach loved by the locals, but is a pebble beach. Just 5 minutes walk away is the local sandy beach, and there are many more to choose from within a short drive. Next to the house is the Almadrava Roman Villa, a historical site where you can view from our roof terrace the remains of the Roman Villa. We are in a quiet residential street so there is minimal noise and plenty of privacy. However, there are bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and also a couple of small supermarkets for stocking up on essential supplies. Larger supermarkets and many more bars and restaurants are available in Denia, 10 minutes drive away. A local bus operates every half hour during the summer months. 

As well as the lovely beaches, there is also a communal swimming pool on site which has a children's section too. This is set in the gardens so is a safe place to relax with your children not too far from the house. There are 2 golf courses within 20 minutes drive for the more energetic, as well as opportunities to hire cycles, scuba diving equipment, boats, wind surfing equipment etc. If you would like to visit water parks or a theme park Benidorm is a simple 45 minute drive down the motorway. There are many opportunities to walk in the area from a simple stroll around the village or along the beach to more strenuous mountain walks. 

We would recommend a car to get the most out of the local area and to enjoy all of the facilities available. However, many people have stayed in the house without a car and have used the local coach and bus service to get from Alicante Airport. Details of bus and train timetables etc can be provided on request. This is a 3 storey town house so please expect stairs up to the roof terrace. 

The townhouse has a roof terrace with views of the mountains and the sea. The large Spanish style BBQ is on this terrace. Downstairs is another sunny patio area. The satellite TV is limited to English news and radio stations and a few other English channels including Channel 5.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, historic sites.

Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, golf, tennis, a sports center, a themepark.
