Grand Villa Galant is a new very luxurious 6 bedroomed, 4 bathroom villa with its own large private garden and swimming pool. It is set within a very quiet prestigous residential area with spectacular sea views. The main beach, numerous restaurants, supermarkets and Marina are all within a healthy walk or a 5 minute drive. Available for a limited number of weeks for the first time this year. It has been lavishly furnished and equipped with no expense spared to make your holiday as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. 

The garden is a particular feature of the villa offering spectacular views of the bay, marina, medieval castle and the protective Mongo mountain. It is lined with palms, orange trees and bougainvillea with numerous individual and private stone terraces to provide sun and shade all year round. The swimming pool is 10m x 4m and is equipped with a powerful water jet to provide exercise for the keenest of swimmers, if required! There is a large outside kitchen complete with B B Q, sink and fridge for full outdoor living. There is also an adjacent outdoor shower so that you can cool down whenever you fancy.
The villa is arranged on two floors with similar large lounges, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor and is therefore perfect for either two generations or families holidaying together and wishing for a degree of separation and space, whilst providing every opportunity to be together whenever you want! Either one family can be based on one floor and the second family the other or alternatively; the adults can enjoy their own peace and space on the upper floor whilst the children (and/or grandparents) enjoy their independence on the floor below. The Upper Floor consists of a very large light living room complete with large flat screen television, home cinema system and satellite reception. A large picture window provides a spectacular panoramic view of the garden, pool and the blue Mediterranean. Two sets of double doors lead out onto a choice of two large paved balconies, perfect for outside dining, with further spectacular panoramic sea views. An American style kitchen off the living room is equipped with dishwasher, massive fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser, oven, microwave, kettle toaster & coffee maker.The double master bedroom has doors opening out onto its own balcony, perfect for your first coffee in the morning sun and a luxurious en-suite shower room. Denia is a large picturesque medieval Spanish town nestled between the coastal hills and orange grooves of the Costa Blanca at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying 320 days of sunshine a year with comfortable temperatures all year. Denia is situated on the northern section of the Costa Blanca mid-way between Alicante and Valencia that are both one-hour away by motorway, the perfect setting for a great holiday. It is blessed with a mild year round climate, voted by the World Health Organisation as having the healthiest climate in Europe, making it ideal whenever you visit. The average year round temperature is 18o C, so it is no wonder the locals have put up a monument to the weather.
A holiday in Denia is to stroll along the long sandy beaches; walk along the rocky coastal cliffs or a mountain path on the Mongo National Park; walk or cycle along the extensive coastal promenade or rub shoulders with the local fishermen; wander the narrow streets of the old town; or stretch out on part of the 20km of the many and varied blue flag beaches near the town. To the north of the town there are fine long sandy beaches and shallow waters, whilst further south lie a series of small coves along the sandy and rocky coast, known as Les Rotes, a paradise for snorkelling, fishing & scuba diving. The town is renowned for having the most fiestas in Spain, to celebrate a very colourful past. Almost every month the town celebrates with extravagant carnivals, concerts, processions, markets and fireworks. However it is always possible to escape the crowds and find serenity in any of the quiet back streets or coves along the coastline and immerse yourself in the Spanish culture that still exists and is the backbone of Denia’s way of life today.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.
