The Villa is full of charm with high beamed ceilings, open fire and arched covered terraces and is simply furnished for a comfortable, quiet and relaxed holiday. It is set within a very quiet residential area with attractive sea and mountain views. The main beach, numerous restaurants, supermarkets and Marina are all within a healthy walk or a 5 minute drive.  

The garden is a particular feature of the villa offering views of the bay, marina and the protective Montgo mountain. It is lined with mature orange, lemon and olive trees together with numerous flowering shrubs providing year round colour and total privacy. There is a large attractive kidney shaped pool together with numerous individual and private stone terraces to provide sun and shade all year round. There is a large outside kitchen complete with B B Q for full outdoor living. The villa is arranged all on one floor and consists of a very large light living room with high beamed ceilings open fireplace, television & DVD player. Four sets of double doors lead out onto a choice of large paved terraces, perfect for outside dining with shade and sunshine. An American style kitchen off the living room is equipped with Large fridge-freezer, oven, kettle & toaster.The double master bedroom has doors opening out onto its own terrace, perfect for your first coffee in the morning sun and a luxurious en-suite shower room. Denia is a large picturesque medieval Spanish town nestled between the coastal hills and orange grooves of the Costa Blanca at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying 320 days of sunshine a year with comfortable temperatures all year. Denia is situated on the northern section of the Costa Blanca mid-way between Alicante and Valencia that are both one-hour away by motorway, the perfect setting for a great holiday. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Susan says: "Peaceful area, view of the sea. Long walk to the town but we were with elderly people so would have used the car for any distance. The villa was fine, showers good, beds comfortable. Kitchen, dining and sitting area quite small but not a problem as we were outside all the time.Comprehensive welcome pack- very useful. Pool area very nice with 4 loungers and plenty of chairs. We had exceptionally hot weather and with hindsite I should have booked somewhere with air conditioning when finding a villa to suit 3 generations. David,who looked after the Villa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Easy to contact and responded very quickly. A lovely holiday "
