This luxurious and spacious detached villa commanding a breathtaking panoramic view of sea and mountains, is set in a quiet location high above the orange groves on the hillside of Monte Pego. It is situated approx. 5 miles from the sea and two miles from the old Spanish town of Pego.

At night, the myriad of stars make you feel as though you could touch the heavens, and the frequent shooting stars will have you running out of wishes!!  

Tastefully furnished, the accommodation is on one level and comprises: large circular lounge with TV and DVD + Sony CD Hi Fi , separate dining area opening onto the covered terrace and patio (leading to the Spanish style covered bar and BBQ with sink and food preparation area where you can eat “al fresco” and enjoy the view of the spectacular sunsets over the mountains! ). At the bottom of the adjoining large private heated pool (33ft x 15ft) you can see the beautiful mosaic of four dolphins ... (hence the villa name), ....... " HOUSE of the FOUR DOLPHINS "...... enticingly lit at night with underwater lighting.
 

A fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge freezer, halogen hob and electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a toaster, coffee machine and juicer - oranges are very cheap and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning really sets you up for a serious day of sunbathing! A washing machine is provided for your use (less packing!!) and is situated in the downstairs utility room. There is also an iron and ironing board provided should you feel so inclined!.

The Villa and bedrooms benefit from tiled floors which stay cool during the hot Mediterranean summers. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with kingsize bed, en-suite shower room and fitted safe. It also has an air conditioning unit. There are two further twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Two single sofa beds are available in the lounge, for additional persons, up to 8. A cot and highchair are also provided at no extra charge. All rooms have large ceiling fans, which help to keep you cool on those sultry nights.

There is an outside hot/cold shower, sun loungers and parasol, dining table with six chairs and a beautiful Spanish style stone tiled table and benches for breakfasts in the sun! Towels and linen are provided, but you must bring your own beach/pool towels. There is a Maid service between lets and weekly linen change. A pool cleaner comes twice weekly during the summer months.

Please note: Arrival time is 3 p.m., and departure time 10 a.m.on final day. 

The air conditioning provided is only in the Master bedroom. There are 2 comfortable single sofabeds in the lounge, available for bookings of over 6 people. A cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. PLEASE NOTE: Arrival at villa is not before 3 p.m, and departure is BY 10 a.m. on final day, unless otherwise agreed.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.

Health & Beauty Salon nearby. Indoor swimming pool less than 5 min / walk.

Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are 30 minutes easy drive, near Benidorm.

Owen says: "This was the second time my family and I have rented this property. The previous time was in August of 2006 when the weather was hot but the Villa stayed cool. This time in February, although cold at first, the radiators and lovely fire place made it a very cosy place to sit and watch a good film in the evening. You forget the lovely views from around the pool and with a little drive up into the mountains behind Pego there is some stunning scenery to be seen. Also nice to go to Denia and down the coast whilst it is quiet, still plenty of resturaunts and bars open but without the hustle and bustle of the summer. The villa itself is very well equipped and has good off road parking and a lovely shellterd table by the BBQ that catches loads of sun. We will be back soon."
