The theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura and the water parks are a 30 minute drive away in Benidorm.

There are also caves to visit in Beniarbeig, Val dEbo and Adsubia.

Markets are held on different days in all the towns and villages.

The fabulous La Sella Golf, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal is just 5 minutes drive down the road, currently 18 holes but being extended to 27! Oliva Nova Golf, designed by Seve Ballesteros has 18 holes and is just 20 minutes’ drive away.

Walks can be enjoyed from the villa, whether it is mountain walking or just strolling through the orange groves. There are of course many many more walks in the region to be explored and enjoyed.

Cities, towns and restaurants :-
Valencia, a truly vibrant city, is just one hour drive away or let the train take the strain from Xeraco or Gandia at around 5 Euros return! As well as historic and architectural treasures, Valencia has theatres, museums, designer shops, the famous LOceanograrafic and of course the port that staged the 2007 America’s Cup!

Denia is full of eating places that serve tapas, paella, seafood, traditional local Spanish food & international restaurants 10+ supermarkets, 4 health food shops, butchers & daily fruit/veg/fish markets. A castle that overlooks the picturesque port with daily ferries to the Balearic Islands - take your car or go as a foot passenger. There are boat trips to the neighbouring coastal towns of Javea, Moraira & Calpe, each with their own charm.

Local fare : tapas, paella, seafood, traditional local Spanish food and many international restaurants to enjoy including Italian, Greek, Dutch, Indian and Chinese, all at incredibly good value.

A very large patio with plenty of room + 6 sun beds for sunbathing. A fully-fitted summer kitchen & a shower room right by the pool. There are 2 large covered terraces that provide shaded areas. All rooms in the villa are large, bright & airy and all with stunningly beautiful views. The villa is detached, very private and not overlooked, situated in one of the best sites in La Sella (15 mins from Denia), of outstandingly beautiful scenery. Tennis & horse-riding & bar/cafe within 3 mins drive. There is a large garage & enough room in the driveway for several cars.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in 1 of the 2 living rooms. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
