Our beautiful newly built 5 bedroom villa can happily sleep upto 10 people.
It is situated on the prestigious HighGate Park development by Beazer a Gated community approximately 1/4 mile off US 27 and is within minutes of Disney and numerous championship golf courses.There are on site tennis courts and a childrens play area.

Our villa home has an open plan design over 2 floors. With 3 of the bedrooms having en-suite facilities with the remaining 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.It is fully air-conditioned. We have taken great care in furnishing our villa to the very highest standards.
The Lanai is south facing and has been extended,with a superb heated private pool (14*28) and elevated spa,complete with child safety fence.
The Lanai has a covered (24*8) area and fan to provide welcome shade on those hot Florida afternoon's with seating for 6-10 people.There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Now includes 7 Foot Pool Table , Table Tennis and Table Soccer



 

The family room is open plan to the 2nd floor with patio doors leading to the Lanai , Pool /Spa area. Large LCD HDTV with cable ,DVD and stereo to listen to your favourite songs on those lazy evenings.Seating comprising of 2 large comfortable sofas and a chair
There is also a PS2 games console with games to entertain the kids.

The breakfast area has a table seating 4, with an additional breakfast bar. There is a patio door leading to the lanai.

The Lounge gives this spacious home an additional area for quiet relaxation.

The Dining room has a large table that extends to seat all your family and friends.

All the bedrooms have there own TV and radio alarm clock.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed with TV and DVD player.There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot Florida nights. It has a very spacious en-suite with a Roman bath, walk in shower, his and hers sinks, and private WC.

The Groundfloor has a beautiful Queen bedroom, with private access to the lanai via patio doors.

The house is fitted with a state of the art alarm system protecting you and your valuable 24*7. 

The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect to find at home dishwasher,oven/hob,microwave,fridge freezer,coffee maker and coffee grinder.

The loft area houses its own desk with pc and high speed internet connection.
A Wireless connection is also provided as well as a color printer.

 

There is an additional lounge area with seating for people. We also offer free Baby's travel cot and high chair use. Single seat stroller

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, shopping areas.
