Reposado simply translated means 'rested', and THIS is what we hope you will be after a few days in our superb villa. We believe our villa is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of everyday life. After an exhausting day of fun at one of the many attractions in the area, relax by the pool with a glass of the finest champagne, vintage wine, premium beer or even a good old cup of tea. Relax for a few days and leave us feeling truly rested.

After a hectic day at the theme parks, 18 holes at one of the world class golf courses, or a day picking the latest designer fashions at the outlet villages, you’ll be glad you chose our stunning luxury villa to relax in.
 

Our executive 4 bedroom villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Completed to the highest international standards expected of the most discerning traveller, our villa is fully air conditioned to allow you to enjoy the Florida climate in a relaxing environment. Located no more than 30 minutes from Orlando you will find our villa the perfect base to experience Disneyland and all major attractions.

The villa benefits from its own private screened pool and jacuzzi spa. It also features a games room with pool table, air hockey and table tennis.

Our home is child friendly with a high chair available for our younger guests. More importantly and with a view to child-safety, doors leading outside to the pool and sun deck area are alarmed. The pool also comes with a removable security mesh fence to prevent curious children from wandering too near the pool.

Out in the pool area you will find the deck generously equipped with loungers, sun chairs and inflatable pool toys for you to while away the day with.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the latest utilities. In addition to an American-sized large fridge with ice-maker, the villa incorporates a washer/dryer, oven and hob, microwave, blender, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and coffee maker.
 

High Gate Park:

The secure, gated community of Highgate Park is a new development set amongst pine trees and orange groves which add to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192, only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses and less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World. Highgate Park also offers a small community centre with tennis courts and a children’s play area.

Both the East Coast (Daytona Beach) and West Coast (Tampa / Clearwater) Beaches are within a 75 minute drive.
The area is a Golfers Dream, with at least 15 Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive of your holiday Villa!

The Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens to the west and the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre to the east are only an hour away.

Communal Children's Play Area

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf.
