Our villa is only 15 minutes from Disney and minutes from Golf courses and gives a peaceful quiet retreat to return to after taking in all the attractions. Located on then Florida Pines estate the villa has the advantage of being the end house in a cul-de-sac with pine trees to the side and a large open area to the rear.

The spacious accommodation is fully air conditioned and comprises 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and a Queen sized sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. The other bedrooms consist of 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. The villa has a Family Room with TV, dvd and video with patio doors leading to the pool area which is south facing and catches
the sun all day. There is also a Formal Lounge/Dining Room and fully equipped Kitchen and breakfast area. The Laundry room is situated within the Double Garage. 

Florida is an ideal holiday destination with the friendly welcome you receive wherever you go to the acres of theme parks in the Disney complex. Two weeks fly by if you are trying to take in all the attractions. You will probably find, as we did, that you will just have to go again to do the things you missed the first time.

Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet & Wild are all within easy reach. If you wish to wander further then a trip to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and Cyprus Gardens will take 40 minutes to 1 hour. The Champions Gate golf course is only a few minutes away for the golf enthusiast.

The home is located close to Interstate 4 making both the Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches possible for an alternative day out.

Shopaholics beware, with the Florida Mall, the Millenium Mall and the Beltz Retail Outlets (which sell designer gear at a fraction of the cost in the UK) are close to hand.
 

Back at the villa you will find Wal-mart, Publix and Walgreens
supermarkets all within easy reach and even with all the above attractions so close to hand you will have a peaceful, quiet, retreat to return to. After a busy day out there is nothing better than to relax around your own pool with a cool drink (or take a dip).

Only 5 minutes away there are numerous restaurants at the Junction of the I4 and Highway 27. Or if your too exhausted, order a take away.

The sunshine, the attractions and I hope our villa will make any vacation memorable for you. 

Community Pool, picnic and play area are only 100 yards away. Ideal for golf enthusiasts. Alarm system and safe in villa for security. Being the end house in a cul-de-sac we have the benefit of a large open area to the rear and to the side pine trees.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire.

Champions Gate Golf course within 15 minutes drive.

Kennedy Space Centre approx 1 Hour drive. Busch, Cyprus Gardens and Tampa approx 45 minutes.
