Our luxury 6 bedroom home offers all the comforts of home and can easily accommodate up to 14 in a party. Featuring 2 master suites with one allowing access to the pool. 2 further double bedrooms share a bathroom and the other 2 twin bedrooms share the house bathroom. The sofa in the family room converts into a queen bed to complete the sleeping arrangements if required. Equipped with all the newest appliances including washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. Big screen TV, cable TV and DVD players in every room. 

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
