This 4 bed 3 bath villa with private pool is the perfect place for all the family to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Florida.
Where better to unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks, shopping or visiting the many beaches and other attractions that Florida has to offer.
This villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standard and offers all the facilities needed to make it a holiday to remember for years to come.
Our villa is situated within Calabay Parc, Davenport which is a quiet, well maintained development within a conservation area.
This 4 bed 3 bath villa with private pool is the perfect place for all the family to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Florida.

What do we offer?
Our villa is fully furnished.
We have 2 master bedrooms with en-suite facilities.
The first has a king sized bed and the second a queen sized bed. Both give direct access to our private swimming pool and sun deck which has a table, chairs and loungers. The pool can be heated in the cooler months and is lit for evening swimming.
We also offer 2 twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom.
The very comfortable living area has a 27" tv with dvd/vcr player, over 300 chanels to choose from and a small selection of movies for the family to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences with a breakfast nook attached which accomodates 4 people and a further dinning area which seats up to 6. There is also a hi-fi/steroe system in the nook.
Full laundry facilities are also available with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board provided.

Getting around.
Although a car is essential for our property, we are on highway 27 which gives easy access to the I4 and highway 192, the main roads to all attractions in Florida.
We have shops, restaurants, golf courses and of course attractions from 5 to 30 mins away. It just depends on where you want to be.
Disney World, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, Beaches are all within easy reach.
