Welcome to Casa Delfina.

This wonderful seven bedroom / five and half bathroom home is situated in the exclusive “Enclave” section of the Emerald Island Resort, a gated community which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World.

It is an ideal location for large family groups. Inside, the house is fully equipped to a very high standard to meet all your holiday requirements.

We provide free high speed wireless internet connection and free long distance and international phone calls.

Each bedroom has a TV (the 3 master bedrooms also have DVDs). The family room has a large 51 inch wide screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR. The living room has yet another TV with a Playstation 2 and games.

The family room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling which gives a wonderful feeling of spacious luxury.

The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside.

The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room with a pool table, foosball table (table football) and air hockey.

 

The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs and a barbeque grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.

 

Emerald Island (considered one of the area’s finest communities) is built around a wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to the Theme Parks.

There is a large clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games room and computer room with internet access.

Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, tennis courts and a Tikki Hut. The management company for our house is based two minutes’ drive away in Formosa Gardens Plaza which has a large supermarket and several shops and restaurants.

For sports enthusiasts, there are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4 junction minutes away from the house. Kennedy Space Centre is an hour’s drive away on the Atlantic Coast along with famous beaches such as Cocoa Beach. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hour’s drive towards the Gulf coast with yet more beautiful beaches to choose from along the Gulf.  

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 7 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Our house has a wide front door for easy wheelchair access. It also has 1 bedroom on the ground (first) floor. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, cycling, horse riding, golf, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire.

T says: "Air Conditioning problems, not rectified quickly enough. The cooker also had its issues as two of the 4 burners worked as and when (thankfully food is cheap in USA) These problems were the responsibility of the Management Company. The villa was otherwise spacious, well laid out and provided all that we needed."
