The 'White Rose Villa' is a single storey, 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom private villa. Based on an award winning design it has everything you need for your sunshine vacation. Being a single storey home, means that you never have to climb a long flight of stairs again, after a tiring day touring the theme parks! Also having no stairs makes the property easily accessible for the less able bodied.

The front door opens out into the reception hall. To the left are the first two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Between the two bedrooms is a shared bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, bath & shower. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes for storage.

Continuing down the hall, we enter the great room. To the left is the formal dining area, with dining table & chairs and to the right is the fully equipped modern kitchen. At the far end of the kitchen is a breakfast nook, with breakfast table & chairs. Past the breakfast nook is the doorway to the utility room, complete with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. This room leads to the double garage, which we plan to convert to a games room in the near future. Back in the main room, past the dining room, is the living area. With a comfortable 3 piece suite and television/entertainment centre. At the far end of the living area are the patio doors which open out onto the covered lanai.

At the far end of the house, past the living area, is the doorway to the other two bedrooms. One twin room and the double master bedroom. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, double vanity unit, bath & a large walk in shower unit. The third bathroom is next to the twin room, and has a toilet, vanity unit and large walk-in shower. Again both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes for storage. The master bedroom also has patio doors which open out directly into the swimming pool area.

For you and your family's safety, the villa is totally compliant with all fire and safety regulations. There are smoke alarms throughout, a handy fire extinguisher, and all doors leading to the swimming pool are lockable and alarmed. 

In front of the villa, is a small garden area, with palms and shrubs. There is also a large driveway with ample parking for 2 cars.

Immediately behind the villa is the covered lanai. This is accessed from the living room patio doors. It has a table and chairs, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. As it is covered, it is an ideal place to relax in the shade from the hot sun.

The swimming pool (which can be heated if required) is accessed by either the living room patio doors, or the master bedroom patio doors. It is a large curved pool 28ft by 15ft and is an ideal place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks! The pool is totally screened and has bushes planted all around for privacy. Beyond the screen, to the rear is a large lake and conservation area. Having no rear neighbours means a very private and secluded area for you to relax.

There are plenty of chairs & sun lounger’s provided for your comfort.
 

The villa is located in the sub-division of 'Bridgewater at Town Centre'. It is a generally quiet area for relaxing, but is also only 5 minutes away from Interstate 4 which gives you easy access to all the sights of central Florida. There is a shopping centre 5 minutes away at Champion's Gate, which has a supermarket, restaurants, video & game store, take-aways, pharmacy, petrol station etc.

The entrance to Disney World is only 4 miles up the interstate, with Sea World a further 9 miles and Universal Studios only 4 more. The famous Highway 192 is a 10 minute drive away, which is home to more shops & restaurants than you could ever possibly need.

Jump onto Interstate 4 and Florida is easy to explore. Busch Gardens is less than an hour away if you head West, and Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach about an hours drive to the East.

If you fancy some time at by the sea, The atlantic coast beaches are about an hours drive away, and the fabulous Gulf coast beaches are about 90 minutes in the opposite direction.

Key West is a fabulous place to visit, but be ready for a long drive of around 6 hours, but well worth the sacrifice! 

The villa has a computer with high speed internet access, so you can always keep in contact. The internet connection is also avilable by Wi-Fi, so you can relax by the pool with your laptop and browse the net. The telephone allows unlimited free calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. If you wish to call the UK, we suggest purchasing a phone card from any supermarket, which gives very cheap international calls. To the rear of the villa, beyond the swimming pool, is a large lake. This means there are no rear neighbours to the property, and makes the pool/patio area much more secluded than most villas.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the Living Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is built all on one floor, so there are no stairs within the house. This makes access to all rooms very straightforward. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, a sports center, scuba diving.

There are over a hundred top quality golf courses within 45 minutes drive of the villa.

There is a shopping centre only 5 minutes drive from the villa, with numerous shops and stores.
