Robins Nest is a comfortable 4 bedroom pool home in the quiet, relaxed setting of a gated community, but only a 15 minute drive from the magical Disney campus.

Lake Louisa State Park, with its nature trail, swimming, fishing and boating, is only 5 minutes away, and there are many championship golf courses close by. Walmart is only 3 minutes away. We can accommodate 8 people in the villa. Extra rollaway beds can be made available from our management company.

The development is 3 minutes from Walmart. Also close by are further supermarkets, fast food outlets, restaurants, drug stores, DVD rental, banks, gas stations, post office, shops. 

This large, comfortable, villa is 2000 sq. ft. It has 4 bedrooms, games room, 2 large lounges, its own caged pool and open plan garden.

All linen is supplied, including pool towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

Also supplied are: TVs, stereo, video and DVD players, radios, games, books, jigsaws, and items for the pool.

The Games Room has a pool table, a foosball table, table tennis, darts, and quoits.

The large Master bedroom with its American lighthouse theme, has a king-size bed, en suite, and cable TV. The pretty 2nd bedroom with its sea theme, has a queen-size bed, and cable TV. The Tinkerbell bedroom and Spiderman bedroom each have twin beds. There is a 2nd bathroom.

All rooms are carpeted for your comfort, with ceiling fans, and the villa is air-conditioned.
 

A few seconds walk away is the community centre, with a clubhouse, 3 pools – one with water spouts, for children – childrens playground, sports facilities, including tennis, volleyball, basketball, a football pitch, jogging – all free of charge. There is also a conservation area.
 

The games room contains a foosball table, table tennis, pool table, quoits, darts. There are also books, jigsaws, games, CDs, DVDs, videos.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Management company. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, a zoo.
