As you approach The Abbey through the fully lansdscaped boulevards, you will know that the villa will be the accommodation you will have dreamed of - in fact unless you are visiting a theme park or golf course, you will be reluctant to leave the villa!

As part of the quiet exclusive gated community of West Haven, The Abbey consists of 58 executive villas of varying designs, located around a single road and is accessed through electronic security gates.

The villa backs onto managed orange groves.

As you open the front door you are greeted by the magnificent tiled pool that can be heated in those few cooler months of the year at a small additional charge. The pool is fully screened and private.

The deck and lanai which surrounds the pool on three sides is made of material that will never burn your feet no matter how warm the temperatires are. Executive pool furniture is provided and a ceiling fan helps to keep you cool in those warmer months.

All bedrooms open out onto the pool surrounds although all doors are alarmed to ensure the safety of young people.

The villa is located within 12 minutes drive of Disney World just one interchange east on the Interstate 4.

Food outlets encompassing all cultures of the world are within 10 minutes drive many delivering for free.

Supermarkets, pharmacies and the normal fastfood outlets are all within 10 minutes drive from he villa.







 

As you enter the main villa you find yourself in the open plan family area consisting of a lounge with two sofas and chair in order to view the cable TV / DVD or video. Patio doors open out onto a patio besdie the orange groves.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you will ever require and many you will not use during your stay but includes diswasher, fridge/freezer, water cooler etc.

A breakfast bar accommodates 4 people and a formal dining area seats up to six people. All cutlery, china, glasses etc. are all supplied.

The master queen sized bedroom has a walk in closet and en-suite facilities. Cable TV is present as well as a telephone and a safe for your valuables.

The second master bedroom is of the 'cabana' type which is slightly separate from the remaining accommodation ideal for a second family or grandparents with a queen sized bed and en-suite facilities again opening onto the pool surround.

There are two twin bedded rooms sharing a family bathroom both again opening out onto the pool area.

All linens and towels are supplied.

A laundry room is available with washing machine and dryer as well as iron and ironing board.

All rooms are air conditioned annd with ceiling fans

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a restaurant.
