Our luxury 5 bedroom home offers all the comforts of home and can easily accommodate up to 10 in a party. Featuring 3 master suites with one allowing access to the pool. The other 2 twin bedrooms share the house bathroom. The sofa in the family room converts into a queen bed to complete the sleeping arrangements if required. Equipped with all the newest appliances including washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. Big screen TV, cable TV and DVD players in every room along with broadband internet access and a games room.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

John says: "House was clean, neat and well furnished, with lots of games (board and table). Kithcen was spacious and appliances were very good. All amenities were thought of. Plenty of linens, towels etc. Property Manager was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful. Even though it was mid-June, it was very nice to have the pool heated. The Regal Palms Resort pool and facilities were excellent and alot of fun for all. The pool bar service was excellent and fast. We were a party of seven, 7yrs old to 60 yrs old. We had a wonderful time and recommending it to all our friends. We would definitely come again."
