The two storey accommodation comprises of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms along with two lounges, a fully fitted luxury kitchen, games room and dining area. Perfect for large family gatherings or several families sharing. There is also a large double garage attached and, of course, the utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier.
The ground floor master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom attached. A large screen TV and DVD player is provided in this bedroom.
Upstairs you will find the second master bedroom with it's queen size bed and this bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. On this floor there are a further two full size bedrooms and three twin bedrooms along with the two remaining bathrooms. 

All bedrooms have their own TV and video player and in one of the twin bedrooms you will find a Playstation 2 games console.
This arrangement along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 16 people in comfort.
Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned throughout. The main lounge has it's own large screen TV with cinema sound and DVD player. The games room has an 8ft pool table, football table, air hockey table and electronic dart board.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
