The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

E says: "We had a good vacation at Vista Cay and we rent a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse which went over our expectations going into vacations. We rent what they call "Paulas castle #1" and the property is well kept in excellent conditions and close to everything. They put anything that a family will need to feel like home away from home. Rooms are very spacious and the clubhouse facilities are there to be enjoyed. I never thought, after 4 times going to Orlando FL, that we could find something like this away from our house. For the very smart traveler is the best option to rent a property in Vista Cay. Were looking forward to come back next time around for a pleasant vacation in a nice "home"!!!"
