Our home is an end of terrace unit, the largest style on this resort which can accommodate up to 10 guests and is fully air conditioned.
At the front of the house is a drive which is big enough for two cars.

DOWNSTAIRS you will find the Kitchen, first Master Bedroom with its own entrance, Powder-Room and the Main Living Area which has patio doors leading onto a porched area.

UPSTAIRS you will find the second Master Bedroom with its own Balcony, 2 twin rooms, a shared bathroom, a linen cupboard and utility area for the washer/drier machines, ironing board and iron.

Extras include: Travel Cot (bedding not included), High Chair, DVD/CD player, 2 hairdriers, alarm clocks, safe, pool inflatables, boardgames and a selection of books for a quiet night in.
All bed linen and house towels are provided free of charge and if you would like a maid service this can be arranged at guest services which is paid for by you locally. Please note our house is strictly non-smoking.
 

Our home is situated on a brand new resort with round the clock security and check-in facilities. The main attraction is the 2.5 acre tropical pool complex featuring 2 heated pools, waterslide, lazy river and a hot tub. The extensive sun terraces guarantees you a spot in the sun all day long.
The Sportsbar and Grill provides a relaxing environment to socialise whilst enjoying a meal or drink. You can catch up with the latest sports results on the giant TV screens so won't have to miss out on an important game or match.
There is also a games room with pool table and air hockey mainly aimed at the teenagers and a computer room with internet access.
The Fitness Suite and Health Spa offers a wide range of pampering treatments along with a fitness suite, sauna and steam room.
The on-site amenities are just a few minutes walk away from your front door and will keep all guests entertained when you're not busy at the theme parks.

Regal Palms is situated off US highway 27 just off the US 192 where there are a wide choice of restaurants and shops.
The major attraction, Walt Disney World is an easy 12 mile drive away.
Regal Palms is adjacent to the prestigious 18 hole par 72 golf course of Highland's Reserve Golf Club, their first tee is just a short drive away and there are many more courses in the area.
 

In the main Clubhouse you will find a games room and computer room with internet access. The Fitness Suite has a large gym area, sauna and steam room.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, a sports center, a restaurant.

Close to the house you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find boat hire, a theatre/cinema.

Adjacent to Highlands Reserve Golf Course, many other championship courses within easy reach

Maria says: "Although the townhouse itself was comfortable, clean and very much exceeded our expectations, we were not as happy with the pool and waterpark. The biggest disappointment was the time at which they close the pool. Closing a pool at 8:00 pm in the summer at a resort is not what we were expecting. The kids wanted to go in the pool for a while after returning from the local parks and we could never do it, because the pool was always closed. We had to specifically lose 1 morning and one afternoon of theme parks time to have the kids could enjoy the pool and waterpark. This was very disappointing. Also, the lack of supervision at the pool was a little bit concerning. Both times we were there, there were groups of rowdy, parties who were throwing things and just generally being rude. One group was drunk and was using foul language and completely monopolizing with rough play and throwing cups, etc. I know this may not be something that is easy to control, but when you have a family, its not something you want to experience either. Perhaps some thought should be given to better monitoring of the pool area and also to extending hours. "
