Villa Tinkerbell was built in Autumn 2003, we have owned Tinkerbell since November 2005. We love the community of Westbury, which is located 2 miles South of the Interstate 4 junction with Highway 27.
It is a peaceful oasis surrounded by Orange groves, which can be a welcome rest from the hussle & bustle of the Theme parks.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom with 2 on suite, fully air conditioned. Highchair & cot are also provided.
All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed, as per the local child safety regulations.
All linen & towels provided (except for cot).
A hire car is essential for your holiday in Florida to allow you to travel to the attractions & the beaches. 

The 1st master bedroom;
Has a queen sized bed, radio alarm clock TV / DVD player & large walk in wardrobe with security safe also fitted for your use. This bedroom has ensuite facilities, shower & bath tub his & hers wash basins & hair dryer. You can also access the pool area from this ensuite the door has an alarm fitted as per local regulations on child safety.
The 2nd master bedroom :
Has a queen sized bed, radio clock alarm TV / DVD player & also has a walk in wardrobe with security safe fitted. This bedroom also benifits from a en suite with shower & wash basin & hair dryer provided.
The 3rd bedroom:
Is a double with large hanging wardrobe space with TV / DVD player this bedroom shares a bathroom with the 4th bedroom.
The 4th bedroom:
Is a good sized twin which also has radio clock alarm TV / DVD player & good sized hanging wardrobe.
The kitchen:
Has all the appliances that you should require, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge frezzer with ice making facility. Toaster, kettle, coffee maker. All crockery & cutlery & glassware are provided. Breakfast seating area with highchair over looking the pool in the kitchen.
The living area:
Is central to the villa & next to the dining area & kitchen. LCD TV connected to cable - satellite & Multi region DVD player selection of DVD's. One of the sofa's can be used as a double sofa bed if required.
Telephone, portable CD-radio player & Wire- Less Internet connection
All doors opening onto the pool area are alarmed, alerting you that your children are in the pool area as per local child regulations.
The pool area :
Is not directly overlooked & the pool can be heated (see extra costs) shallow end is 3ft & deep end is 5ft deep.
Large poolside table & 6 chairs & 4 sun loungers & 2 small tables are provided around the pool.
Pool has underwater lighting, operated by timer for those midnight dips (if you're still awake at midnight)
A games area :
With Pool Table, Table Football, & Air Hickey are provided for your enjoyment.

Please NO Smoking inside the villa, smoking allowed in the pool area.

Universal studios & Sea world are only 25 min away.
Many shops & restaurants only 10 mins away
The 192 highway with all the shops & its many restaurants is only 15 mins away.
A day at the fantastic Gulf coast this is only 65 mins drive with its great beaches.
The fantastic Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast again is just 65 mins away, you may even be lucky to see a shuttle launch.

Gorilla Mom Shows Off First Baby Born at Busch Gardens
Park guests can now view gorilla mom, Kishina, and her baby, Bolingo, on the Myombe Reserve habitat. Bolingo was born at Busch Gardens Nov. 18, 2005 via Caesarian section. The baby was initially cared for by animal care specialists and has now been reintroduced with his mother.

The villa is a 4 bedroomed 3 bath room property which sleeps 8 people, there is a double sofa bed in the living room so the villa can sleep 10 if required. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room sofa bed.. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
