With over 2969 sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space, Wallace Villa is larger and much better appointed than most properties offered for rental in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The villa is arranged on two floors and can ACCOMMODATE UP TO 12 PEOPLE in complete comfort.

The villa is bright, airy and open, sympathetically furnished to a “designer standard” using Floridian colours. It has brand new furniture, fittings and equipment with carefully chosen ceramic flooring in bathroom, kitchen and foyer areas, beautiful oak wood flooring in main lounge and luxury pile carpeting throughout the rest of the house. The villa is extremely spacious in general but the second lounge will afford our guests even more space to relax.

The Ground Floor
The villa has two seating areas, the Living Room and the Family Room which overlooks the pool area as well as providing a great view out over the fairways. To keep everyone entertained The Family Room has Cable TV, Home Cinema System and DVD player (complete with a number of films for both adults and children).

The Living Room is comfortably furnished in a soft Floridian style, the sofa converts into a queen bed to complete the sleeping arrangements if required. This is the ideal room for peace and quiet!

Kitchen
The KITCHEN is fully fitted with every appliance you could possibly need including a full size electric cooker with a microwave oven over, a dishwasher, a huge fridge/freezer with plumbing to give ice cubes/crushed ice/chilled water, all at the touch of a button. You will also find a toaster and coffee maker for those breakfasts at home, ample dishes, etc for indoor and patio use.

Dining Room and Breakfast Nook
The delightful breakfast nook ajoins the kitchen and has a table which seats 4, there is a breakfast bar with 2 high stools.

Located at the front of the house is the Dining Room, this spacious area seats 6 and is ideal for formal or casual dining.

Lounging Area
Surrounding the pool is an extra large covered LANAI to ensure that everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The deck has been extended by an extra 6ft both out from the house, towards the pool and also to the south side.

To complete this sumptuous setting you will find a table and chairs under the lanai for eating “alfresco”’ and ample loungers for relaxing – A perfect arrangement for outdoor living!

Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi
The patio doors from the family room lead to our truly stunning FULLY SCREENED and electrically heated SWIMMING POOL AND SPA.

This well designed pool is 26 ft long by 11 ft wide, fitted with automatic filtration cleaning system, underwater lighting, and electrically operated heater to boost the temperature for those months of the year when the sun needs a little help.

Master Suite
Four of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the luxurious MASTER SUITE WITH KING SIZED BED and its own en-suite bathroom complete with Roman bath, huge walk in shower, separate wc and twin basins. Additional luxuries include Cable TV, DVD and Home Cinema System and huge walk-in wardrobe.

Queen Bedroom
On the ground floor we have a further bedroom which contains a Queen sized bed and large walk in closet, which is fitted with its own TV. A bathroom with bath/shower is located on the same hallway.

Bedrooms
The THREE FURTHER BEDROOMS are all good sizes, two of which have twin beds and one queen double bed. All have ample storage. These bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom with twin wash basins and a full bath with shower and wc.

Laundry
Should you wish to do your laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in a separate laundry room on the ground floor. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.

This is not your typical gold course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship 6700 yard course of Michael Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. The course was built by one of America’s leading golf construction companies, who also constructed the highly acclaimed Disney course at Celebration.

 

Located adjacent to the private homes of Highlands Reserve, our villa guests have full access to the Regal Palms Resort.
The resort features a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with 2 heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub and poolside tiki bar. Towels and inflatables are provided around the pool area and there are plenty of loungers for sun-bathing. 2 Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball Court, Fully equipped Fitness Suite along with Children’s Playground. The 17,000 sq ft Clubhouse features a full Restaurant and Sports Bar along with Convention and Business Centre with internet access and fully equipped games room. Also on site is a Health Club with state-of-the-art Fitness Room equipment, whirlpool, and sauna and steam room along with a full service SPA.

Publix supermarket, pharmacy, liquor and take away food stores are a few hundred yards from the resort.


 

Wallace Villa occupies a prime position overlooking the fairways of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club. Built in 2005, this spacious villa extends to 2969 sq ft, it is South facing with the pool and patio areas enjoying sunshine all day long. The villa is professionally furnished to an exceptionally high standard of comfort and finish. Golfers will be impressed by the tough, but enjoyable Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The Clubhouse offers a driving range, putting green, cart and club hire and pro shop.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find shopping areas.

This is a beautiful villa, well designed, spacious and finished to a very high standard. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished. It really feels like home. The pool and patio area are perfect for relaxing evenings after hectic days at the theme parks. Disney, Epcot and MGM Studios are only a short (15 min) drive away and the other main Orlando attractions are also within easy driving distance. This is a great base for an Orlando holiday. The kitchen is well fitted with appliances but we hardly used them as there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. If you do want to cook there is a good supermarket at the entrance to the estate. I found the house ideal for a family holiday and am looking forward to staying there again.
