The villa is situated at Lakeside at Bass Lake. This resort is located on US Highway 27 just 1 mile south of US Highway 192, just 10 minutes drive from Disney. The community has access to picturesque Lake Davenport where fishing and BBQs are available.

The resort is a private gated community and there are two pools, one heated, and a hot spa in close proximity to the Villa. They are available from dawn until dusk.

The villa is fully licensed for short term lets by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting. There is a 24 hour local and friendly management team on hand to assist.

The villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is approximately 55 minutes drive away, where charter flights are based.

Description
Our home has been designed to provide spacious living accommodation as follows:-

Family Room
The family room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, lamps, satellite TV,VCR, dining table seating six persons and doors leading to the patio area.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is accessed from the family room and contains a Queen size bed (equivalent to UK King size bed), bedside tables and lamps, digital alarm clock, walk-in closet, dressing table with mirror. There is also a TV with local channels.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing basin, large walk-in shower, bath and wc. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer for guests use.

Bedroom Two
This bedroom contains a Queen size bed, dresser with mirror, lamp and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom Three
This bedroom contains twin beds, chest of drawers with lamp, CD player, large walk-in closet.

Kitchen
The kitchen is adjacent to the family room and is fully equipped with range/oven, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, glasses and pots/pans are also provided. There is a telephone providing FREE local calls. Phone cards can be purchased locally.

Utility Room
With large washer/dryer for guests use.

Second Bathroom
This is located adjacent to bedrooms two and three and has bath/shower, wash basin and wc.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.
