Comprising of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite and two family rooms, our villa really is fully equipped to make your vacation truly home from home with the added bonus of the splendid Florida weather. Fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans for added comfort the villa simply oozes exclusivity and combined with all the extras that have been added we cannot see how you could fail to have a wonderful time. 

Externally, the 24 ft x 40 ft pool screen surrounds a beautifully designed 26 ft x 13 ft swimming pool complete with spa and extended decking so that you can take advantage of the wonderful Florida weather, whatever time of day. 

There are two family rooms each seating at leat 6 adults. Computers can be found at the clubhouse for guest use.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, flying, horse riding, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema.

Basketball & Volleyball On Site. Beach is small childrens around lake.

Disney gates <15 mins. Sea World 20 mins. Universal studios 25 mins

Andrew says: "We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was more than comfortable and in a great spot with easy access, not only to the Parks, but all the major roads, making exploring the greater Orlando area very simple. The rooms were spacious and clean, easily swallowing our party of 6. Our two boys enjoyed the pool table and basketball toys so much, they didn't even notice the Playstation! Although we didn't get to explore the Lake Berkley shared areas, the gated community does give you that extra feeling of security. The proximity to a huge WalMart and local restaraunts make this an ideal base for a family holiday. "
