The Clubhouse Luxury Holiday Accommodation has a spacious and open-plan family room with ceiling fan, 2 over-stuffed sofas, plus occasional and coffee tables with lamps, a LCD flat screen HDTV, upgraded digital cable channels and DVD player, Entertainment Theatre with surround sound so you or the kids can watch your favorite movie or play music while on holiday. The spacious family room opens out to the pool deck that surrounds the sparkling clear pool. The pool is a great place to have fun together after a day of excitement at the theme parks. The deck and its comfortable loungers are the perfect place for a sun-drenched afternoon in the Florida sunshine. Sit on the sun-loungers on this fabulous sun-spot and soak in the rays, or take a cooling soak in the water. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.

Should you tire of the hustle and bustle of the Theme Parks and shopping why not take a day out and visit Lake Tohopekaliga (Toho) just three miles down the road where you will find air boating, fishing, boat hire, a childrens play area as well as picnic and barbeque areas.



 

Located within the new community of Somerset, just 1 mile from the US 192, with all of it’s restaurants and shops. The community is a sub-division of the Remington Golfing Community and is located at the eastern end of Kissimmee, 3 miles from the town of St Cloud.
Close to the 192 Highway, Florida Turnpike, Osceola Parkway and the Interstate 4, putting the East and West coasts within an hour’s driving distance. Ideal for a day trip to Cocoa or Daytona beaches.

Our guests will have use of all facilities within Remington, including reduced fees (subject to acceptance) at the 18 hole Championship golf course, Pro Shop, Bar Snacks and Driving ranges over water !! There is also a full size swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, football pitch and basketball courts if you are feeling energetic.




 

Florida is a paradise for golfers and there is a huge range of golf courses within an easy drive of our Villa to suit all abilities and pockets. If golf is your passion there really is a myriad of choice.
This is by no means a complete list of all the golf courses in the Orlando area, but a selection of those that wed advise you to play. Weve listed some of our favourites.
You have to be very careful when choosing courses in the Orlando area as quite a few have condos or housing development lining the fairways. This is not always appealing to European golfers. It doesnt mean to say that they are not great golf courses, but for some people its not the golf experience they are looking for.

Some of the Courses are Championsgate National and International, Diamondback and Timacuan. Theyre a bit further a field but worth the extra drive, and for value for money they cant be beaten. They give you the true Florida golf experience just how you want it. Plenty of spectacular par 3s over water, tree lined fairways, and always in fantastic condition, and with all the wildlife to go with it. Carved through untouched forests and wetlands you might find the odd alligator or snake to keep you company.

If you want this kind of thing closer to your villa then Falconsfire, Metrowest and Celebration will cater for your needs, although they are a little more expensive, nevertheless there are many other courses right on your doorstep that are worth a visit.









 

The Family Room has a Home Entertainment Theater, It plays DVD's, Music CD's, FM Radio Tuner. All in surround sound.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Dining Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, scuba diving.
