Our villa is situated on the prestigious golf community of Highlands reserve, being a mixture of residential and rental properties it does not suffer from the ghost town situation that can happen in out of season times on purely rental resorts.
Governed by a home owners association the community is maintained to a very high standard.
Being just off Highway 27 gives you great access to the main roads in the area and avoids the noise and traffic problems of being in the built up urban areas.
On the community we have a par 72, 18 hole championship standard golf course, a communal pool, childrens play area and tennis courts. 

When we first stayed in a villa on our own vacations we decided that we would never stay in hotels again when we could have the privacy, convenience and luxury that was missing from the usual hotels we had used.
One of the main benefits was the ability for everyone to have their own space and privacy with something for the kids to do when not out & about at the parks.
To this end we have tried to equip the villa so that there is all you should need to make your stay a part of your holiday experience and not just be somewhere to sleep.
The benefits of being able to come home to your private space after a long day out and relax or have a swim in the pool should not be underestimated.
 

When you see our price it is for the villa and not dependant on the number of guests (up to the max limit of 10), the price includes all state and local taxes, all linens, towels, use of all the equipment in the villa and all utilities.
In the villa we have the full range of kitchen equipment, washer & dryer, iron, dishwasher, cutlery etc.
The extras include a games room with full size pool table, air hockey & foosball game. Computer with free high speed internet connection (dsl wireless) and cd writer with memory card reader, Playstation 2, cable Tv, Dvd players, video players, board games, free safe and of course the heated (if required) screened swimming pool with internal lighting for that evening dip.
You also of course get the support of our local managers who are on hand if you should have any problems. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, a zoo.

The villa is extremely nice, there was not one thing out of order, it is just like advertised, convenient to everything and all details were taken care prior to our arrival. The owners called prior to and after our stay to ensure everything went well and the management company was available and provided everything prior to our arrival. The villa is in a very nice neighborhood with shopping less than 1/2 mile away, along with a golf course and playground on the site of the home. Access is by highway and easy access to alll attractions from the home is another positive my family and I enjoyed. We plan to stay here on all visits to Florida in the future. "
