“A Piece of Magic” condo boasts a lounge with "over-stuffed" sofa and love seat, occasional tables, lamps, and an armoire with a large screen cable TV, plus a DVD player. The lounge opens onto a balcony where you can spend the evening watching the sun set . 

Leading off the lounge is a dining area and breakfast bar that provide combined seating for up to 6 guests, being served from the well equipped and spacious galley kitchen, with range, microwave, fridge/freezer, plus utensils, crockery and appliances required for that perfect family meal together.

The master bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, with night-stands, lamps, telephone, clock/radio and dresser with cable TV and DVD player, plus generous walk-in closet space. The master bedroom features a private bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, plus a shower/bath. Two further bedrooms are configured with queen bed and 2 twin beds, nightstands, dresser with cable TV and DVD, plus closet space and an adjacent (shared) family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required.
 

 

With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Windsor Hills resort and club house offers an array of complimentary amenities. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around the resort lagoon pool, kids fountain play area, slides, water jets, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the club house. There’s an on-site private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family friendly movie releases. Outside of the club house, a kids tot-lot, tennis courts, basket ball courts and a volleyball court. There's even a sundry shop in the club house if you need a drink and a snack. Windsor Hills is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Tracy says: "Had an excellent time during our three weeks in Florida. The Villa met all our needs. Its very central for all Disney Parks. 5 minutes from door to door. Lots of nice restaurants along the 192 which is at the end of the road. Bedrooms all well equipped and spacious. The kitchen has all you need to make a simple snack or a three course meal if you have the energy. The pool at the Club House was a great way to relax, plenty of sun beds and a shop to buy ice cream to cool us down. "
