Sunset Ridge is a gated community in Davenport, situated on the I-27 just off Junction 55(old23) of the I-4. This is in a quite location, but with all amenities in easy reach for you to relax after a day out.
A car is essential for getting their, but is in easy access to the major roads running through the area, which are easy to navigate.Shops for your daily essentials are just a five minute walk and if you need to do a shop for your entire stay a Walmart is just 10 minutes drive away and also a few restaurants are situated in the same area.
International Drive and its many shopping malls are reached in 15/20 minutes by using the I-4 and the 192 Kissimmee road can be accessed from the I-27.
Disney is around 15 minutes and Universal is 20 minutes away by car. The East and West Coasts are just over one hour away for you too enjoy the white sandy beaches and the clear sea. Busch Gardens is also only just over an hour away.
The Villa is with in easy reach of all the sporting activities that Orlando has to offer. The closest golf course is only five minutes away.

 

 

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, walking, cycling, golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, flying, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
