The 'Star Florida Villa' is located in 'The Retreat at Legacy Park', a natural setting southwest of Orlando. The world-famous attractions like Walt Disney World is located 7 miles away (10 min drive). Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Wet & Wild & Gatorland are only a short drive away & can be reached within 20-30 mins. Also located nearby is Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion. Lake Tohopekaliga offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. Within a 3 minute drive are golf courses, supermarkets, shopping & restaurants. The famous Champions Gate Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman is 2 miles away. A publix supermarket is a 2 min drive away with other local shops & restaurants. Walmart Super centre is a 5 min drive. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the family room downstairs and 1 double bunk bed located in the Disney themed bedroom (with a single top bunk) so this room sleeps a max of 3 people. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, fishing.

We had a wonderful time at your house! It is so beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. The decor is lovely. The floor plan is perfect. Everything we needed was there. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing away from the parks. You've done a great job setting it up. There wasn't really anything that we didn't have. I just hope it doesn't get so popular that we won't be able to rent it again!
