The villa was built by Lennar Homes to a very high standard,
and was the model home (show house) for the sub division. It is
equipped with ceiling fans in every room, air conditioning throughout
and a covered Lanai (patio) area.

Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, this superb villa has
everything you need for your stay in “The Sunshine State”. It comes
with all bed linen, towels, cutlery, cable TV, telephone, iron &
ironing board, and many more features to make your stay as hassle
free as possible.

The villa benefits from 3 bedrooms, den/fourth bedroom, 2 bathrooms,
Kitchen fully fitted, breakfast nook, family room, a formal lounge
and dining area. All 3 bedrooms have large built in closets, with the
Master Bedroom having a walk in closet. The villa can accommodate up
to 8 people.

Living Area

On entering the property guests are welcomed with the large formal
lounge and dining area. This has large settee, easy chair, coffee
table, occasional table with lamp and rectangular glass top dining
table with 4 dining chairs. This is the ideal room for peace and quiet
to plan the itinerary for the following day, or to write postcards to
the family and friends, back home.

The kitchen has everything you need, including oven and hob, built
in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large fridge freezer
with ice maker and filtered cold water dispenser, cutlery, crockery,
toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

The breakfast nook has a pine table and 4 chairs, and maintains
the theme of the décor included in the villa. The kitchen
and breakfast nook have a ceramic tiled floor.

The family room comes with cable TV, and DVD Player in a large pine
display cabinet with closing doors, a large corner settee, easy chair,
coffee table, and two occasional tables with table lamps.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, a luxurious
en-suite, consisting of bath, his and her vanity units,
hairdryer, WC, and a walk in shower. This bedroom has patio doors
that open out to the pool area, which enables you, in a matter of 5
strides to go from the bed to the pool!

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is located to the front of
the villa, this room has built-in closet, dresser unit and two bedside
cabinets with table lamps.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, dresser unit, easy
Chair and built-in closet.

Forth Bedroom/Den

The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin bed, dresser unit, and bedside
cabinet and chest of drawers.

Bathroom

The bathroom which incorporates bath with shower, WC sink and
Hairdryer and can be accessed from hallway between bedrooms 2 and
3 which will share this bathroom.

Utility Room

The Utility Room, off the kitchen, houses the washing machine,
drying machine, iron, and ironing board.

Games Room

This is the ideal place for the children while you relax around the pool.
Equipped with full size Pool table, Air Hockey, Push Football and Playstation2.

Swimming Pool and Deck Area

The South facing private swimming pool, at the rear of the property has a
child safety screen, underwater light, and poolside furniture
consisting of 2 loungers and a large table with chairs.

The pool can also be heated in the cooler months but
please be aware there is a charge for this heating facility.

Eating outside in early evening, you can enjoy watching the sunset,
as the property is South facing.
 

Highlands Reserve offers a children's play area, community pool,
tennis courts and a par 72 golf course with practise range, putting
green, clubhouse and professional golf shop all of which are a few
minutes walk from the villa.
The Disney parks are 15 minutes away.
Universal Studios are 30 minutes drive.
Sea World and Discovery Cove are a 20 minute drive.
Wet'n'Wild is 30 minutes away.
Busch Gardens are a 60 minute drive.
Kennedy Space Station is 1 hour away.
Beaches are also 1 hour away.
There is a large supermarket nearby.
Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are within easy reach.

We are happy to take provisional bookings whilst you are arranging
your flights, car hire etc, and will hold dates for you for 2-3
working days, with no obligation.  

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, flying, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, a museum, a zoo.

MARY says: "We felt that more contact was needed from the property managers. We did arrive on New Year's Eve and gained access to the property as directed with no problem, but we had initially been told that we would be contacted the day after arrival in case we had any queries, which did not happen. An orientation tour is definitely recommended particularly if you have not rented an American property before. We could not contact the Property Manager on the number we were given as it was "out of area". We needed to know how to operate the safe. We needed to know where the air conditioning was and we needed the pool filter to work better. Luckily the owner of the property happened to ring - a very nice concerned gentleman - the third day of our five day stay if I recollect properly - and got in touch with the Managers. Everything was cleared up - the day before we left. Luckily we are quite laid back people and made the best of the situation and appreciate that the Property Managers had just recently taken over this property and it was the holiday season but that being said it was our holiday and we had paid good money to be there. That being said we loved the property, it was spotless and we would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. This was our 7th trip to Orlando and our second time renting a a house in Highlands Reserve - an area we like"
