The villa is air conditioned with its own private heated pool and jacuzzi that is totally secluded and backs out on to conservation area. The large 36’ by 15’ pool with Jacuzzi is completely covered with a fly screen and there is ample sun deck there is also an outside shower. A large section of the deck area is under cover with lighting. There are ample sun loungers, tables and chairs and there is a large section of decking. A charcoal barbecue is available for your use.

Furnished to a very high standard it can accommodate 12 people. Ceiling fans have been added to every room for added comfort.

Kitchen – Spacious open plan kitchen with a bay window nook containing breakfast table and chairs. Full size cooker, large fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave, and waste disposal unit. Iron and ironing board are also provided along with all cooking utensils.

A telephone provides free local calls and high speed internet access.
Utility room- Washing machine and dryer.

Lounge – A large open plan living area with high ceiling central to all the bedrooms and leading to the dining area. Ample seating with 32 inch TV, DVD and stereo. Patio doors leading to pool area.

Master En-Suite Bedroom – with King size bed, TV and direct access to deck and pool area. Leading to Master Bathroom with large shower cubicle, corner bath, twin washbasins, WC and walk –in cupboard with combination security safe.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Sandra says: "The property was in a great location close to Disney and shopping. The house was well decorated and had nice furniture. The mattresses could have been a better quality but were ok. We had to call the local rental company several times and they were very quick to respond and fix any problems or issues that we had. I would recommend the property and would stay there again myself."
