The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 single and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, flying, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, wind surfing, a zoo.

Steve says: "The villa and Emerald Island area was excellent, we had a great time and really enjoyed the accomodation and superb location for access to the Disney Parks. The villa was fully equipped, and exceeded expectations. We will definitely book a villa again in the future on the Emerald Island. There were only 2 issues with Winnies Retreat during our stay otherwise it was a wonderful experience. Firstly we paid for pool heating and did not receive it. It was reported verbally twice to the emergency contact as listed in the house literature and I e-mailed the owner but as yet have had no response or re-imbursement. To confirm, the pool service attendant informed the pool heating was not turned on. I am unclear as to how a customer can pay in advance for a service, not receive it, report it 3 times and receive no response regarding the issue or reimbursement. Secondly, although on the surface clean, furniture was not pulled out and cleaned behind (we pushed 2 single beds together for our small kids so the little one didnt fall out and there were dead bugs from where we moved the bed, the sofa had an old toe? nail under it as we searched for a piece of jigsaw! The table was set and looked beautiful, but of course the crockery was very dusty as had been left out. The kitchen needed cleaning. However, the above did not detract from our holiday ,we loved it. "
