Villa Magnolia is a first-class 5 bedroom Florida villa with pool. its furnished to our personal taste. That means tiled floors and excellent decor! It also means a great location. This luxury villa is only 10 genuine minutes drive or so from Disney's Animal Kingdom, indeed, it is so close to Disney property that you can watch and hear the fireworks every night from the pool deck. This villa has been our personal holiday home for many years and has not previously been rented. Hence you can expect quality furnishings and decor and all the comforts of home!

Decorated to a very high standard by the owner, it is truly a home away from home.

There are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 2 twins for a total of 10 people.
Three of the bedrooms are equipped with some 50+ channels of cable TV
The lounge has a large TV, video and DVD player
There is also selection of books, games, videos and DVDs.
A cot, child car seat, booster seat, high chair and potty are also available!
The dining area in the kitchen seats 4.
In the dining room - formal dinner for eight is a breeze
if you fancy eating 'al fresco', the dining area on the pool deck seats 4 under a lit and fan-cooled area.
The pool area itself has loungers, chairs and occasional tables.
There are also some pool toys available as well as a gas barbeque.
Towels and bed linen are provided for all rooms.
Beach/pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
The villa also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and dishwasher.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire.

Airboat rides, sportfishing and many other activities all within easy reach.

Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild and many more.
