Our 3 bed/2 bath condo has all the home comforts you'd expect from a privately own villa. Situated in the heart of Kissimmee it is a stone's throw from Old Town and a few minutes from Disney World. The property is furnished to a high standard with all the mod cons you would expect. It is ideal for families as it is so near to the theme parks. The resort offers a communal pool, sauna and jacuzzi and use of all the resort amenities, including tennis courts,gym and internet access. 

We fell in love with Orlando a few years ago and have been going back every since. Villas of Somerset is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks so you can relax but close enough never to be too far away from the action. 

 

There is a minimum 3 day stay at the villa. This will be subject to addtional $50 cleaning fee. All bookings over 7 days include $50 cleaning fee.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, flying, golf, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, horse riding, scuba diving.
