Built by American Heritage Homes on their `flagship` development at Four Corners, our luxury, executive villa is a fully equipped home from home for the discerning visitor to the holiday capital of the world. Whilst being in easy reach of all that Orlando has to offer, the villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful area where it is possible to relax after hectic days at theme parks and visiting numerous shopping malls for the obligatory `retail therapy`.
A few minutes drive either way on highway 27 gives you a variety of shops including supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, fastfood outlets, gas stations and golf courses. 

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and all the normal bedroom furniture together with a television and VCR. The en-suite bathroom features a garden tub, a large shower cubicle and his and hers wash basins. There is a separate W.C. A large walk in closet adjoins the bathroom.
The second double bedroom also has a queen size bed usual furniture and television and a built in closet. Opposite this bedroom is a twin bedded room and there is a bathroom situated between these bedrooms. The other twin bedded room is close to the master bedroom and is opposite the additional half bathroom.
The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open planned, light and airy, and furnished to a high standard. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook will need and there is a utility room containing a wahing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and an assortment of cleaning items - brushes, vacuum, etc.

Outside is the west facing pool, fully screened and heatable if required. Patio doors lead out from the lounge and also the master bedroom. Sitting around the pool in the evening gives a view of the spectacular sunsets.

 

Crib & high chair in villa

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.
