The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The property is just off US192 with a Walmart conveniently located a couple of minutes drive away. The property was clean & well maintained. We enjoyed the pool table plus the selec tion of books, games and dvds supplied by the owner. We would definitely consider returning here on our next Florida holiday."
