Our villa is of an exceptionally high standard, with high quality furnishings, and is situated on a prestigous Golf Course Estate. Quiet, but close to all amenities. The villa is fully equipped, with many extras. The garage has been converted into a gamesroom.
Towards the back of the villa there is a large private, screened pool and patio area facing onto a conservation area. The pool can be heated if necessary. There are ample chairs and sunloungers.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The villa is ideally located in central Florida to allow easy access to all the local attractions. Disney is only a short drive away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all only a few minutes drive from the villa. There is a shopping complex only a few minutes walk from the villa. 

The villa is built on 2 levels. Downstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite facilities. Also on the ground floor are the living areas including dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 sitting areas. Within one of these areas is a 32" HD ready flatbed TV. The garage is accessed off the kitchen and breakfasting area.
Upstairs is the main master bedroom with top class furnishings, king sized bed and large en-suite bathroom. There is also a balcony from this bedroom overlooking the conservation area.
All the bedrooms have TV and DVD players, and are equipped with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. 

This luxury villa is fully equppied. There is a travel cot for the free use by guests if required. Also included are a set of golf clubs, and a gas powered barbeque, also for the free use by guests. Gas is not provided by the owners, but there is a nearby facility to replace the gas cannister if needed. The garage has been converted into a gamesroom with 7 foot pool table, air hockey, PS2 with games, dart board and sofas to sit and watch DVDs on a large TV screen. Wireless access internet installed(subject to availability). FREE local, long distance and international phone calls.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, golf.

Close to the villa you will find tennis, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, fishing, flying, a theatre/cinema.

The villa is situated on a Golf Course, and there are many others within a short drive.

The villa is less than 15 minutes drive from all of the Disney attractions.

27/11/2008 - I thought I would dro p you an email just to say thank you for allowing us the use of your villa. Your home is fantastic and everyone loved it. The kids certainly enjoyed the pool and the games room. We were also impressed with the way it was presented on arrival.It was our first trip to Florida and we would certainly stay at your villa again and it would be our first choice. I must admit to feeling rather sad when we left on the last morning.
