Our home has been professionally furnished and comes with every conceivable amenity to make a perfect vacation. The home boasts a King Master Suite and en-suite bathroom with generous walk-in shower and separate tub. There is also access to the pool deck from the Master Suite via sliding doors. There is a second Queen room with adjacent bathroom , a further Queen room and a Twin bedded room which share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV/DVD and the Family Room has a 32” flat screen TV also DVD/VCR and stereo CD system. The games room has a pool table with cues for small and tall! also air hockey and a foosball table. The pool is a generous size and has an extended deck area to allow maximum exposure to the Florida sun. A covered lanai with a large dining table, chairs and loungers completes the picture for alfresco wining and dining while watching the sun set .
 

The family room adjoins the open plan kitchen area and contains 2 plush, comfy leather sofas allowing plenty of space to relax and make the most of the entertainment system. The ceiling is vaulted with fan ( air conditioning as standard of course) and the floor is tiled throughout the main areas. Access to the pool deck is through sliding doors which are alarmed for complete peace of mind. The dining area has a large table which will seat 6 and there is also a breakfast nook with table to seat 4 plus 2 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a side by side fridge/freezer with ice/water service, a microwave, ceramic hob and electric range, dishwasher and waste disposal complete the facilities. A separate laundry area with washer and dryer is also available. The furnishings throughout the home are top of the range and all towels and linens are provided ( even pool towels) 

An extended pool deck has been added to complement the generous sized screened pool. A safety fence surrounds the pool to ensure little ones cannot access the water unless under adult supervision. There is a shower to rinse off before and after using the pool. A covered lanai with ceiling fan provides a haven from the sun , this area being set with a large dining table and chairs for alfresco meals (barbecues may be rented from our Management Agents ) The pool may be heated for an additional cost during the winter months. Within the Highgate Park community there is also a childrens play area and picnic area plus a full size tennis court just a short stroll away.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
