Make Minnie Heaven your place of solitude after a long day at the parks, golf course or outlet stores. Our home is very quiet, comfortable, clean and attractive. This home is also rather new, being built recently in 2003. It is located in the exclusive Indian Creek development, a group of homes located just minutes away from Walt Disney World, shopping, golf, restaurants and everything else the Orlando area has to offer.

We got into this business after being customers ourselves. We duplicated what we enjoyed and added the amenities we desired from our visit to Orlando as vacation home renters. We have taken extra special care to personally decorate and equip Minnie Heaven to the standards you desire for a place you will call home during your Orlando stay.

Whether you are heading to Disney, Universal Studios, a golf vacation or whatever brings you to the Orlando area, you will find our home to be just the kind of clean, spacious
accommodations that will allow you to relax and recharge your batteries for the next day of adventure.
 

One master suite has a King bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. The second master has a Queen bed and its own private bath. The King master has its own television with Brighthouse Digital cable programming.

The other two bedrooms have a full size bed in one and two twin beds in the other sharing a full bath.

The family room is furnished with attractive, comfortable furniture. The couch opens up into a Queen sofa bed for you to either factor into the sleeping arrangements or for
watching late night movies.

There is also a Nintendo 64 system with plenty of games to keep the young ones entertained when you are not out at the parks.

The family room television is equipped with Brighthouse Digital cable programming with a Digital Video Recorder (pause, rewind, fast forward or record programs to watch later). A combo DVD/VCR player is also provided.
 

The screened-in patio/pool area gets ample sun. The lanai is a great place for relaxing, reading, conversing or eating prior to taking a dip in the pool. Another great feature of this area is the Spa that spills into the pool.

The lanai has a table and comfortable lounge chairs. There is a gas grill in the lanai for your use at no additional cost.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals or reheat the leftovers from the previous evening's dining.

The home has a washer and dryer. All towels and bed linens are provided.

There is a pack-n-play portable crib at the home for your use--no charge. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, a sports center, a zoo.

LOri says: "It was much bigger than I thought, which was good for our group of people! The directions were easy and accurate. The kitchen was well equipped for every need. I like that there was enough eating areas for our entire group to sit down. The rooms and the bathrooms were a great size! The master bath is very big with nice shower and tub. It was also nice to have a pool adn hot tub. The only problem we had was that the water was not hot enough for the hot tub and the showers, but they came out and fixed it immediately!!! Also, make sure you bring extra toliet paper because they don't have extra. That was it though, eveything else was wonderful! We will definitely stay there again when we go to Disney!! It's only a few minutes away. I would recommend this to anyone."
