You and your family can relax and enjoy the extended 30-foot private south facing swimming pool, which overlooks a great view of the surrounding countryside and wildlife. You can soak up the sun and scenery on the padded sun lounges and chairs included in the patio furniture set.

Exchange stories of the day’s adventures or plan tomorrow’s events while the family enjoy a meal together. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen includes; a breakfast bar, full sized dining table, fridge freezer and ice maker, electric oven, dishwasher, waste disposer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and of course all glassware, crockery and cutlery are included.

Whatever you do with your day, be it enjoying one of the great fun theme parks, bagging the bargains in downtown Orlando or maybe you just played your best round of Golf ever, you can relax and take it easy. Have a snack, take an early evening swim or just put your feet up and enjoy the beautiful sunset before retiring to a comfortable bed for a great nights sleep.

Comfort
There are 5 good-sized bedrooms with the two masters each having their own private en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms both include hair dryers. The house bathroom also contains bath/shower, W.C. and double washbasins and full sets of towels are provided throughout.

To ensure maximum comfort for you and you family all rooms are air-conditioned and the great room and both master bedrooms include ceiling fans.

The pool is cleaned weekly and if required can be heated in winter months.

Entertainment
A large TV (with Brighthouse Cable Channles) and a DVD player provide entertainment whilst you relax in the Great room on one of the two very comfortable sofas. The study area has its own separate TV and Playstation2 and one of the sofa’s can be turned into an extra bed if needed.

All the bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players are also included in kid’s rooms.

Free Extras
A baby/young child’s high chair and travel cot are also provided free of charge.

A washer, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are available in the Utility room.
 

The villa is located in the Sunset Ridge community near Davenport. This is within easy reach of the US-27 and I-4 highways, which give you a quick direct route to Disney and the major theme parks in just 12 minutes. It’s also handy for local shops including several petrol/gas stations, and eating-places such as; Perkins, McDonalds, Wendy’s and Denny’s. There is also a 7-11 store and ‘The Pub’ which serves meals and English & American Beer.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In the Study/Den Area, 1 double sofa bed located in the In the Study/Den Area. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
